Whether a process works or not, depends on the people using it. With an interest in people’s personalities, I focus on their strengths and potentials. It is my ambition to support the growth of individuals and teams: In a critical but always esteeming way.

I have got many years of Marketing and Leadership experience in an international corporation (Beiersdorf AG: NIVEA, Eucerin, tesa). Since 2005, I have been working as a consultant and coach for small and medium-sized enterprises. In addition, I am a regular lecturer at the Duale Hochschule Mannheim.
